Rokas Masiulis, until recently CEO of Klaipėdos Nafta (Klaipėda Oil), the developer of Lithuania's liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal project, on Thursday took office as the country's new energy minister after a swearing-in ceremony at the Seimas.
