During the second quarter of 2014, Lithuania's seasonally-adjusted GDP rose by 0.7 percent, while compared to the same quarter of 2013, it increased by 3.0 percent, according to flash estimates published by Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union.

Latvia's annual GDP growth slowed to 2.5% in the second quarter of 2014 from 2.8% in the previous quarter, according to the flash estimate by the Central Statistical Bureau (CSBL). At the same time, seasonally adjusted quarterly growth picked up to 1% (0.6% in the first quarter).
