The document was signed representatives of five different political parties: Juozas Imbrasas from the party Order and Justice, Jura Požela from the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party, Mykolas Majauskas from the Homeland Union-Lithuanian Christian Democrats, Darius Kuolys from the Lithuanian List, and mayor-elect Remigijus Šimašius from the Liberal Movement.

Three deputy mayors' posts will go to Liberal Linas Kvederavičius, Conservative Valdas Benkunskas, and Social Democrat Gintautas Paluckas.

Darius Aleknavičius, former head of the exhibition and congress centre Litexpo, has been appointed as director of Administration of Vilnius City Municipality.
