Vilnius closes kindergartens, schools and universities for 5 weeks

Vilnius Municipality is shutting down kindergartens, schools, and universities for five weeks and closing public entertainment spaces.

Povilas Poderskis, the director of administration at Vilnius Municipality, has signed an order, effective from Friday, to suspend all gatherings of over 100 people in closed spaces and to close the capital's museums, cinemas, sports clubs and other similar premises.
