Artur Liudkovski, an economist and member of the City Council of Vilnius, will advise the prime minister on national minority matters and Juozas Bernatavičius will be in charge of disability affairs.

Liudkovski has in the past worked as head of administration at the House of Polish Culture of Vilnius foundation and served as a vice-mayor of the Lithuanian capital. He is a representative of national minorities at the Lithuanian Council for Culture.

Bernatavičius is president of the Lithuanian Paraplegic Association and an expert at the Centre of Technical Aid for Disabled People under the Health Ministry.
