"If I had to vote, I would always consider the experience, responsibility and ability to take lead (…), and I would also express my feminine solidarity," Graužinienė told Žinių Radijas news radio on Wednesday morning.

Nevertheless, she said she would respect any decision US voters make in the Nov. 8 elections.

In her words, Clinton won the debates against her competitor, Republican candidate Donald Trump, earlier this week.

"I preferred Clinton's answers, her strong awareness of the situation about global policies, the difficult issues in connection to decisions," said Graužinienė.

"Regardless of Trump's attempts to provoke her, she gave a very strong response based on her experience," she added.
