LFGU Chairman Ramūnas Karbauskis, Health Minister Aurelijus Veryga, and Agnė Širinskienė, chairwoman of the Seimas Committee on Health Affairs, breached the Statute when Karbauskis and Veryga gave their MP cards to Širinskienė, who used the cards to register the two men for a plenary discussion, it said.

The ethics watchdog also reminded the three lawmakers that a member of the Seimas could not give his or her certificate and card to other people.
