The Lithuanian citizens are recommended to install the official South Korean governmental app that specifies the closest shelters and emergency points, as well as providing an opportunity to call the emergency number 119.

Diplomats also urged the Lithuanian citizens register in the ministry's travel registration system.

The warning came after the United States sent an air craft carrier and a few w arships to the coasts of the Korean peninsula. According to the US media, they are ready to launch preventive strikes to prevent Pyongyang's new nuclear test or ballistic missile launches.
