The municipalities and local communities will plant the bulbs this fall, so that Amber Lithuania could bloom in symbolic signs of LT100 in public areas of the cities next spring, as Lithuania celebrates its statehood anniversary.

The Friday's event will be attended by Deividas Matulionis, the prime minister's foreign policy adviser, Dutch Ambassador to Lithuania Bert van der Lingen and representatives of the cities of Vilnius, Kaunas, Panevėžys and Švenčionys.
