According to the minister, Lithuania is interested in buying "several" second-hand self-propelled howitzers from Germany. However, he did not reveal the actual amount of weapons and their price.

Minister Olekas says that Berlin should evaluate whether Germany, which is currently reducing and optimising its armed forces, would be able to supply Lithuania with the desired weaponry.
