Pabriks will participate in a discussion titled "Fight for Freedom - Ukraine's Case", during which the leader of the European Union delegation to Russia, Vygaudas Ušackas, and several academicians will express their opinions.

"The Ukrainian nation's fight for the opportunity to live in a democratic, European-like and just country can be compared to the National Awakening in the Baltics. We realised then how we want to see our country progress. Unfortunately, the fight for these rights in Ukraine has required much greater sacrifices," Pabriks said.
