Lithuania's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Monday it has no information on Lithuanian citizens killed or injured during the recent earthquake in Indonesia.

"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has no information about Lithuanian casualties from yesterday's earthquake in Indonesia," the ministry said.

The death toll from the earthquake on the island of Lambok now exceeds 90 people but might rise. Over 200 people were injured and thousands of buildings were damaged during the earthquake on Sunday night.

Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitė has expressed her condolences to her Indonesian counterpart Joko Widodo over this tragedy.
