Investors' Forum handed out its annual awards to companies that contributed most to improving Lithuania's investment and business environment.

Danske Bank was awarded on Friday as "investor of the year" for its new IT service centre in Lithuania.

Rimi Lietuva was credited as the most "responsible business" of 2015 while an expert group led by Tomas Davulis landed the "solution of the year improving business environment" award for drafting the Labour Code reform project.

Diana Vilytė, head of the Public Procurement Office, merited the "public servant of the year" award for her efforts to make the institution more transparent.

Investors' Forum is an association of some 50 business companies investing in Lithuania. It has been giving the awards since 2012.
