Communication specialist Antanas Bubnelis will become Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda's press officer, several informed sources told BNS Lithuania on Wednesday.

Bubnelis has been head of corporate affairs and public relations manager at Bite Lietuva for the past two years. He earlier worked for water company Vilniaus Vandenys (Vilnius Waters), telecommunications company Teo, as well as several PR companies and BNS Lithuania.

Nauseda previously said Aistis Zabarauskas would be in charge of all communication at the Presidential Palace after working with him during the presidential election campaign.
