The man failed to produce documents proving the purpose of the intended trip to the Schengen area, the Lithuanian State Border Guard Service said.

The biker attempted to enter Lithuania after being refused entry into Poland.

The Russian national, born in 1971, tried to cross into Lithuania through the Raigardas border checkpoint at the border with Belarus. The man had a visa, but could not explain where and why he was travelling.

The biker returned to Belarus after all formalities were completed.

He was the third Russian biker prevented from crossing into Lithuania from Belarus in recent days.
