President Xi announced that China will implement a series of major measures as soon as possible to pursue further opening, including significantly broadening market access, creating a more attractive investment environment, strengthening protection of intellectual property rights (IPR), and taking the initiative to expand imports. Those major opening-up measures demonstrate China's determination to take the initiative to open up, not only opening up a new pattern of opening to the outside world for China, but also taking concrete action to move forward the economic globalization to benefit people across the world.
