Tuesday was a good day for Lithuanian swimmers at the European Swimming Championship in London. Giedrius Titenis won bronze and Lithuania's golden girl Rūta Muilutytė easily qualified for the finals.

Titenis, 26, finished 100m breaststroke in 1:00.10, the third best result in the championship.

British swimmers Adam Peaty and Ross Murdoch claimed gold and silver, respectively.

Meanwhile Meilutytė was first at women's 100m breaststroke and easily qualified for the finals on Wednesday. Her result was 1:06.16.
