A ceremony in Vilnius is seeing off the delegation of 68 athletes, 42 coaches and 25 members of the supporting staff on Friday.

The Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is kicking off on August 5 and will last until August 21. It is the first time that the event is held in South America.

The 31st summer games will reintroduce golf and rugby.

Brazil expects to receive over 500,000 tourists and more than 10,000 athletes at the Olympics and the Paralympic Games.
