A tree fell down on the Embassy of Italy in Vilnius at about 1 PM on Tuesday. The rotten tree knocked down metalwork on the embassy's terrace.

No one was hurt in the incident.

The Italian Embassy to Lithuania is located in the Žvėrynas district of Vilnius. Officials from municipal services were dispatched to the site.

At the end of Tuesday's working hours, the embassy informed that city services took care of the necessary works to remove the fallen tree.
