Many Lithuanians woke up this morning to a sever rain, bright and loud thunderstorms. According to the Vilnius Municipality this was the most intensive rain since 1993. Some Vilnius streets are flooded, a few traffic lights out of order. The taxi drivers are charging the Christmas fee and some 7000 Vilnius’ region residents are left without electricity.
