The list of influential civil servants and lawyers was compiled based on a survey by the Reitingai magazine of various elite groups, including politicians, business entrepreneurs and economists, pop culture and sports figures, media representatives, public figures, and civil servants and officials themselves.

Vasiliauskas, the chairman of the Bank of Lithuania's board, is in second position, unchanged from last year, with 252 votes, followed with Vilytė, director of the Public Procurement Office, at number three with 247 votes.

Darius Jauniškis, director of the State Security Department, ranks fourth, followed by Dainius Žalimas, president of the Constitutional Court, in fifth position.

Further down the list are Police Commissioner General Linas Pernavas, Egidijus Kūris, a former Constitutional Court president and now a European Court of Human Rights Justice, Saulius Urbanavičius, director of the Special Investigation Service, State Ombudsman Arūnas Dulkys, Rolandas Valiūnas, managing partner at the law firm Ellex Valiūnas, and Chief of Defense Lieutenant General Jonas Vytautas Žukas.
