She confirmed the fact during a conference at the 15min.lt studio.

On Wednesday, Vilnius City District Court satisfied prosecutors' requests and removed Bikulčienė from her position for three months. She was also put under house arrest and banned to contact certain people.

Earlier, the court sanctioned Bikulčienė's detention for two weeks. She was released on Thursday.

Bikulčienė is suspected of taking advantage of her official position, influence peddling and acting in a group of accomplices in organizing and assisting large-scale commercial and professional activities without a license.

Bikulčienė is suspected of aiming to help a private company to monopolize the collection of blood plasma and supply of blood constituents in Lithuania, which she denies.
