Meanwhile President Dalia Grybauskaitė does not plan to go on vacation, just like she did in previous years.

Skirmantas Malinauskas, an adviser to the prime minister, said Skvernelis plans to spend vacation with his family in Spain just as he does every year. He spent two week there earlier this year and also plans to go to Spain on July 10–30.

"I like the country because of its climate and the good price and quality ratio. I spend my vacation with my family and small children so we choose something that suits everyone," the prime minister told BNS Lithuania.

Karolina Frolovienė, spokeswoman for the Seimas speaker, told BNS Lithuania that Pranckietis does not have any major vacation plans, does not plan any trips abroad and plans to spend time with his family in late July and early August.

The president plans to meet with her Irish, Italian, Greek and French counterparts this summer and also attend the events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Estonia's independence, and the EU and NATO summits, her press service told BNS Lithuania.
