MP Jurgis Razma proposes to establish in the Statute of the Seimas a possibility for MPs to make statements not in the end of the evening plenary session, "when nobody hears them, but in the end of the morning plenary session."

The conservative proposes to establish by this amendment that the last 20 minutes of every morning plenary session should be given to MPs to express their opinion on important state issues.

The draft law also provides for amendments establishing that tax laws would be adopted by the majority of MPs, and that the case of not including a draft law in the session agenda would not become an obstacle to include it in the meeting agenda and to consider it without supplementing the session agenda.
