Vilnius Regional Administrative Court on Wednesday rejected an appeal of the State Food and Veterinary Service's former chief Jonas Milius over his dismissal.

"His dismissal was lawful, no procedures were breached," Judge Arūnas Kaminskas ruled.

The government dismissed Millius in October, 2016.
