Skirmantas Malinauskas, a journalist, is set to become Lithuanian Prime Minister Saulius Skvernelis' advisor on the fight against corruption, relations with the parliament and strategic communication.

Malinauskas, who until now worked with 15min.lt, will take up his new position in the government on July 24, the news website said on Wednesday.
