President Dalia Grybauskaitė and the rest of Lithuania celebrated International Children's Day on 1 June. While participating in a charity event, however, things seemed to get a bit louder than anticipated.

Though the event may have left the president with some momentary ringing in one ear, it also left quite a few Lithuanian children better off for the summer as well.

Elsewhere in Lithuania, there was also a baby race to mark the occasion.
