According to Vilnius authorities, visible from many corners of Vilnius, the Three Crosses will be lit this way until Jul 28 for the duration of mourning.

"Often called "Athens of the North", Vilnius is sending a message that it's standing together in solidarity with the people of Greece and their guests and wishes them strength and as well as health for the injured. We express our deep condolences to the families of those killed," Vilnius Mayor Remigijus Šimašius said in a statement.

"The Three Crosses monument has always been a symbol of national identity and resistance for Vilnius residents. By standing united with those touched by this tragedy, Vilnius residents are sending a symbolic message – let's stand together," the statement reads.
