Vytautas Bakas, chairman of the committee, says threats in the Baltic Sea region will top the agenda of the meeting with US agency's director General Vincent Stewart.

"We will discuss the situation in the region, as it is seen by military intelligence, and various perspectives," Bakas told BNS.

The US Defence Intelligence Agency is an agency of external intelligence, collecting and providing information to decision-makers about military capacities of foreign states and non-state figures, as well as their military intentions.
