Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaitė offered the condolences of the Lithuanian people and her personal sympathy to Saudi Arabia's King Salman bin Abdulaziz on the passing of King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the presidential press service said.

According to the president, King Abdullah served his country and its people through vision-focused work aimed at dynamic and significant reforms, prosperity and welfare, as well as peace and security in Saudi Arabia and the entire region.

Grybauskaitė extended condolences to members of the Royal Family and to the people of Saudi Arabia. She wished His Majesty Salman bin Abdulaziz much strength as he assumed the important duties of his position on the path of continuing the work started by King Abdullah.
