Rimvydas Valatka is leaving the position of editor-in-chief of 15min.lt news portal in Lithuania, the portal said on Monday.

After three years in office, Valatka is stepping down by mutual agreement on April 1.

According to the report, 15min.lt is revising the structure of the editorial structure, which will now include a publisher position that will be filled by the company's current CEO Tomas Balžekas. The editorial office will have nine editorial branches headed by editors.

Owned by an Estonian company Eesti Meedia Group, 15min.lt has staff of 71 people.
