The device created and produced in Lithuania is a globally new invention - it is the only system that combines smoke and carbon monoxide detectors with a GSM module which informs users about the risk of fire by forwarding an SMS to a mobile phone.

“We can only compete with large global companies by being better, so we've created the most advanced fire alarm for individual apartment owners and small businesses. This protection can help protect not only property but also life,” said Artūras Taicas, development manager at Eldes.

Eldes develops and manufactures security and management solutions for smart residential homes. The company employs 80 professionals in Lithuania and all technology development and production takes place in Lithuania. Eldes exports 90% of its production and its products are already sold in 80 countries around the world.

Eldes competes with major global manufacturers such as Google, DSC, Paradox, Jablotron, and Mobeye.
