Lithuania's gross domestic product grew 3.5 percent in the first quarter from the same period last year on a seasonally and work-day adjusted basis to 9.825 billion euros, calculated on the period's prices.

In the first quarter, compared to the last quarter of 2017, the real GDP was up by 0.8 percent, Statistics Lithuania said on Monday.

Figures show the wholesale and retail sectors, motor vehicle and motorcycle maintenance services, transportation and storage, accommodation and catering services, construction and manufacturing had the biggest positive impact on the results.
