In the report on the implementation of the SBA (Small Business Act for Europe), Lithuania is above the European Union's (EU) average in the areas of entrepreneurship, administration, state support and public procurement, funding possibilities and business conditions. The report was presented on Friday in Naples, Italy, during the 2014 SME Assembly.
