Telecommunications company Omnitel has officially announced the launch of sales for Apple's newest iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus smartphones.

Customers who pre-ordered the new phones received them early Friday morning, whereas others can purchase them in Omnitel stores. The new smartphone will cost LTL 2,449 (EUR 710).

This year, Apple carried out certification procedures of Omnitel 4G networks. Only Omnitel customers may use 4G network on their iPhones.
