The European Commission remains committed to providing funding for the decommissioning of Lithuania's Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (NPP), Viktoras Pranckietis, the speaker of the Seimas, said after meeting with EU Budget Commissioner Guenther Oettinger in Vilnius on Thursday.
