Lithuanian Defense Minister Raimundas Karoblis, together with his counterparts from other EU countries, on Thursday will take part in a strategic tabletop exercise in Tallinn aimed at countering cyber attacks.

The scenario of the drill has not been disclosed, but officials say that it will be as realistic as possible.

The defense ministers are meeting in Estonia because the Baltic country currently holds the EU's rotating presidency.

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevičius is also leaving for Tallinn on Thursday to discuss the EU's position regarding North Korea with his counterparts.
