Ready for some yoga? Or your back needs to be strengthened? This summer “Sveikas miestas” together with “Vilniaus miesto parkas” invite people to join free sports workshops that will help you to stay fit.
Stay healthy: free sports events in Vilnius this summer

All sports events in June, July and August will be offered for free. The activities will take place in Vingis, Ozas parks, Bernardinai Garden, Lukiskes, and Petras Cvirka square.



All participants are suggested to bring a sports mat and wear a comfortable outfit. People do not have to register to the events in advance but it is suggested to show up several minutes before a sporting event.



Conscious breathing in Vingis Park




Starting June 5th every second Wednesday till the end of July people are invited to join conscious breathing classes. Workshops will be lead by Sarune Lynikaite.



In August those classes will take place on Thursdays (August 8 and 22). Workshops start at 18.30.

Also, June 6th Vingis park will host workshops for back strengthening. Classes will start at 19.00 and we lead by Monika Miliauskaite. Everyone who is interested in this activity is invited to gather on the lawn in front of the stage of Vingis park.



Sport workshops at Ozas park



Professionals of “MyFitness” will be hosting sports activities at Ozas park every Wednesday starting from 18.30. The organizers will offer different level activities so everyone can find what fits them. Events start June 5th.



Meditation at Bernardinai garden



During summer meditations sessions will take place in Bernardinai garden. Starting 1st of June workshops will kick off every Saturday at 7.00 and on Mondays from 18.00.

Lukiskes square invites yoga lovers

Every Monday (from 3rd June) people can come to Lukiskes square and join yoga classes. Exercising will start at 18.00. The classes will be held by Aiguse Karaliunaite.




Stretching at Petras Cvirka square



Easy exercises and stretches will take place all summer in Petras Cvirka square. The events are organized by wellbeing center “Sanus”. Exercise classes will take place on Thursdays (starting 6th June) and start at 12.00.
