Just when we thought it’s about time for Žalgirio arena to announce a massive concert of a superstar… Lenny Kravitz is coming to town! It will be his second gig at the arena. Kravitz performed here back in 2011.

After some festival tour dates in 2018 and 2019, the American rock star revealed that he would be touring in Europe next summer. The Kaunas gig is confirmed for June 4. We’ll update you regarding the tickets when we know more.

The singer, songwriter, record producer and actor released his debut album Let Love Rule in 1989, which immediately received very positive reviews. His distinct voice and music, which combine rock, blues, funk and soul elements, contributed to his success. Between the years 1999 and 2002, he won the Grammy Award for Best Male Rock Vocal Performance four times in a row, breaking the previous record. His new album, Raise Vibration, was released on September 2018. The name of the current tour has changed from “Raise Vibration Tour” to “Here to Love Tour”, which refers to a track of his last album.

Eros Ramazzotti will play in Žalgirio arena on October 18 (tickets). Later this year, Sarah Brightman will stop in Kaunas, too (tickets). Next year will be kicked off by a concert by Andrea Bocelli on January 10 (tickets). We're also looking forward to seeing Gregory Porter in Kaunas. The jazz legend will perform with the Kaunas City Symphony Orchestra on April 14. The tickets are already on sale.
