The government intends to discuss the draft National Counter-Corruption Program for 2015–2025 on Monday.

The program is aimed at bringing down the number of citizens, corporate leaders and public servants who say they have paid a bribe over the past five years to under 10 percent by 2025. This year's corruption survey showed that 31 percent paid a bribe over the past five years.

The program also has a goal of reducing the number of those thinking that bribe helps solving problems to under 33 percent in 2025 from the 2014 result of 55 percent.

Among instruments expected to reduce corruption are development of an online voting system, upgraded monitoring of public procurement, better management of declarations of interests of public service, better anti-corruption education, etc.
