Street View is a popular feature of Google Maps that is currently available in more than 85 countries worldwide as well as parts of the Arctic and Antarctica. Thanks to it, users can view 360° imagery of various streets and cultural and national heritage. It is also available in Google Earth and on Google Maps for Mobile.

As ever, Google goes to great lengths to safeguard privacy while allowing all users to benefit from Street View. Before any publication of the collected images comes the processing using special technology. It blurs people's faces and license plates, so they can't be identified, thus, protecting their privacy. Street View features an additional removal of flagged images, which you can report by pressing the "Report a Problem" button in the lower right corner of any image.

The drive will start on 25 July and will last for about 2 months. More information on Street View and detailed information on where our cars are currently driving can be found on: https://www.google.com/streetview/understand/.
