The annual inflation in January is likely to be negative and stand at -0.1 percent, while the average annual inflation is likely to reach 0.2 percent (in December 2014 the annual inflation was negative and stood at -0.1 percent while the average annual inflation was 0.2 percent).

The inflation is likely to be lower due to cheaper clothing and footwear, as well as sales of winter collections. Prices of transport goods and services may decrease due to falling prices of fuel, but the decrease in these prices will be likely offset by growing prices of food products and non-alcoholic beverages as well as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.

In 2013-2014 prices of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products and restaurant and hotel services had an increasing trend.
