Uncertainty and repression do not need to follow every interaction between two independent countries. Great communication and partnership are possible, if both parties are willing to put work into the better future. One of the latest examples of a thoughtful and organized international relations management is the agreement between two leading companies from Ukraine and Lithuania. Lithuanian company Nexus Operations, Ltd. became official international representative of Ukraine‘s innovator Technoforce.

Thoughtful and organized agreement between two leading companies from Ukraine and Lithuania was signed by CEO and Co-founder of Nexus Operations, Ltd., Gintarė Narkevičiūtė, CEO of Technoforce Igor Tsyapa and Technoforce Director for Commerce Eugene Mitasov. The contract, that gives hope not only to Ukraine businesses, but for many other countries that have become targets and victims of world's biggest aggressors, such as Russia, was also witnessed by Lithuanian Commerce Attaché in Ukraine Rimantas Šegžda and the Lithuanian Ambassador to Ukraine Marius Janukonis.

Overall, it's a new opportunity for repressed nations. “Exporting Ukrainian companies are now in the need to step up in the EU market. The EU-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement, affective since the 1st of September, offered new unexplored opportunities, and Lithuania has good chance to become Ukraine's gateway to the EU, and Technoforce can make a small, but important step into this direction,”—says M. Janukonis and affirms that The Lithuanian Embassy in Ukraine is committed to helping to establish and develop great business relations between Lithuania and Ukraine.

„Lithuania has been a long-standing supporter of the Ukraine at its turbulent times. Lithuanians and Ukrainians understand each other well, but one being a successful member of EU and NATO, and another still struggling to escape its influence of Russian Federation. I am glad to witness Ukrainian companies choosing Lithuanians for an international linkage,“—says CEO and Co-founder of Nexus Operations, Ltd., Gintarė Narkevičiūtė and claims that Ukraine has a lot to offer. According to Lithuanian business woman, products of Technoforce are a good example of how quality, flexibility and price fit into one. “With such a competitive product we are able to challenge German or the U.S. producers. I would position Technoforce as a possible global provider of hydraulic cylinders (pullers, lifters) and that's now our commitment to open international market. Countries with a large industrial capacity, metallurgical, oil, energy, construction or mining companies share the largest interest in testing and buying from our Ukrainian counterparts,”—specifies G. Narkevičiūtė.

СЕО of Technoforce Igor Tsyapa also amplifies the high importance of the contract. “This partnership will create new jobs in Ukraine and Lithuania, and will be a perfect example how Lithuanian and Ukraine entrepreneurs create fresh, innovative ways to manage international supply and demand processes. With the steady effort and the help of Nexus Operations team, we will integrate our production and services into Lithuanian market, which then will result in global market expansion,”—says I. Tsyapa.

However, G. Narkevičiūtė notes, that partnering with Ukrainian businesses and thus helping Ukraine's economy is not only a financial contract for her company, but also a moral and value based. “Signing up with Technoforce for us, as a company is an important recognition of our credibility. Moving up companies from local to international is among our main tasks. We believe that every business has a potential to grow and succeed. Exploration of new opportunities is inevitable in business development,”—states G. Narkevičiūtė.
