After meeting with Brazilian Minister of Foreign Affairs Mauro Vieira in Washigton, Linkevičius said that the opportunity to export Lithuanian fish products to Brazil that opened up a year ago were useful to both parties.

“We are looking to finish all of the necessary procedures for Lithuanian dairy product export as soon as possible,” Linkevičius wrote.

At the meeting, the two ministers also discussed international security questions.

Linkevičius invited Brazilian representatives to participate in Life Science Baltics, and largest biological science forum in the Baltics. It will be held in Vilnius this September.
