INTER RAO Lietuva AB was selected as one of the best companies whose shares are traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the company said.

In the Issuer's Golden Website competition, organised by the Warsaw Stock Exchange's partners - the Exchange Issuers' Community - for the 8th time already, INTER RAO Lietuva was among the top 10 foreign (non-Polish capital) companies. The company has also become one of the 53 companies to enter the second stage of the competition.

The first stage of the competition included assessment of 900 company websites in terms of their relations with investors and the completeness and comprehensibility of the information provided.

During the second stage the jury, consisting of professionals of nine different fields, will assess the readability and completeness of the given information, relations with investors and their innovativeness, as well as intuitiveness and ergonomics of websites, and the compliance with the navigation rules. Furthermore, the correctness of the used technology and aesthetic appearance of websites will be judged on and the opinions of individual, institutional and foreign investors will be taken into account.

INTER RAO Lietuva is a player on the electricity market in the Baltic countries and one of the largest independent suppliers of electricity in Lithuania.
