The company has invited architectures to present their bids for the design of the multi-functional complex that will also include a business centre, luxury apartments, a shopping centre and an art gallery.

The building on the intersection of Gedimino Avenue, Kudirkos Street and Dainavos Street, near Lukiškių Square, is to house a 150-room four-star Hilton Garden Inn hotel, Eika said in a press release.

The planned beginning of construction works is early 2017.

Some ten new hotel projects are being developed in the Lithuanian capital at the moment, VZ.lt reports.
