Law Firm VARUL and Estonian Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania (in partnership with Estonian Embassy in Vilnius) are organizing the 4th mergers and acquisitions (M&A) conference on 28 January.
Estonian Embassy in Vilnius to host M&A conference

Major M&A market participants in Lithuania will speak at the event and present a comprehensive review on Lithuanian M&A market and provide their insights into what to expect in 2015. Speakers from Latvia and Estonia will also speak at the event.

This year, M&A market experts, business law attorneys, financial experts will not only present a comprehensive review of M&A market in Lithuania and Europe, but also present processes in M&A market from different angles, addressing a number of issues, including:

  • what is more important: quantity or quality?
  • what are the opportunities for small and medium enterprises in M&A market?
  • why the future in Baltic M&A belongs to export driven companies?
