On September 12, 2017, founders of the Baltic Functional Airspace Block (Baltic FAB) - Lithuanian Air Navigation Service Provider Oro navigacija and Polish Air Navigation Services Agency PANSA - signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ukrainian Air Traffic Agency UkSATSE, Oro Navigacija announced in a press release.
