In September, apartment prices dropped the most in Tallinn, by 4.1 percent. In Vilnius they decreased marginally, by 0.2 percent. Meanwhile, in Riga apartment prices remained without changes compared to the previous month.

According to Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors, the most significant changes in apartment prices throughout the 12-month-period were observed in Tallinn. In September 2014, compared with September 2013, apartment prices in Tallinn increased by 13.7 percent. In Vilnius the figure stands at 6.8 and in Riga at 5.8 percent.

Of the three Baltic States the highest average cost per square metre remains in Tallinn - LTL 4,924 (EUR 1,425). In Vilnius the average apartment price is LTL 4,442 (EUR 1,286) and in Riga LTL 3,654 (1,058) per square metre.
