Day 12 was a sad day for the basketball team that suffered their third defeat in a row. This time, the defeat cost means they are out of the tournament without a chance to fight for Olympic medals. The canoers advanced to several finals while in the women’s 800 meters run, the Lithuania runner failed to advance to the semifinals.
